On Tuesday 6th March, Vernon Primary School was excited to open its doors and transform their hall into a spectacular ‘Images’ Art Exhibition. Taking inspiration from a ‘buildings’ theme, children from both Key Stages created masterpieces which were proudly framed around the school hall. The exhibition celebrated an array of talent which included paintings of the Eiffel Tower, Mayan Temples and Tudor houses.

The art work was proudly displayed throughout the day where all children in the school, as well as parents and carers, gained the chance to peruse each other’s creations.  The pupils were certainly enthused and excited as they viewed the exhibition. One Year 6 student stated that they were delighted to see their work on display and felt really proud.

Head teacher, Mrs Carvell, explained that she was overwhelmed by the talent and was delighted to see how successful the exhibition was as parents and carers flooded in to show their support.
