Of Ludlow, formerly of Halifax, Bakewell and Cheshire (including many years as head teacher of Poynton High School). Peacefully in Hereford County Hospital on Wednesday March 1st 2023 aged 91 years. Loving husband of Gill. Cherished father of Sara and Jo. Much loved grandad of Katie and Dan. Phil will be greatly missed by all his family and many friends. Funeral service will take place at Hereford Crematorium on Wednesday March 29th at 1:15pm. Family flowers only please. Kind donations in Phil’s memory will be given to The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association.
