Unusually it was gloriously warm weather for this year’s PTA barbecue. Children had great fun on the pony rides and the bouncy castle, while parents queued up for burgers from the barbecue. The human ‘fruit machine’ was a particularly popular attraction. A fabulous £1350 was raised in total. A big thank you to the PTA and Lostock Hall school families for their support and to the Coop for the loan of their ice cream van.
