Volunteers and Councillors gathered at Poynton Civic Hall on Saturday 6th June for the 2015 Annual Litter Pick.
The weather was kind for the “pickers” who targeted all four directions out from Fountain Place. Refreshments were provided to send the volunteers on their way and over 20 bin bags of rubbish were collected.
The Town Council would like to thank all those who took part and have arranged a further community pick for Saturday 17th October 2015 at 10.00 am starting from the Civic Hall. This will be advertised nearer the time and all will be welcome.
