Support charity Hearing Dogs for Deaf People by joining our Great British Dog walk at Lyme Park! It will be a great day for adults and children with 2 different walk routes to choose from – 3k or 7km, and plenty to do back at base including have a go Dog Agility, stalls, games, refreshments and a fun Dog Show – why not enter and see if your pooch can bag Best in Show?!

Once an historic hunting estate, the 1,300 acre Lyme Park estate is home to medieval red deer herds and various other species of wildlife. The walks offer glorious countryside and stunning views across Manchester. Lyme Park was also used as a filming location for the BBC Pride & Prejudice TV series which starred Colin Firth as Mr Darcy. Dogs to be kept on leads. Terrain is rough and steep so unfortunately neither route is suitable for pushchairs or wheelchairs.

Registration will be open from 10am
Walks start from 11am
Adults £10 in advance or £12 on the day
Under 16s & dogs go free!
