Established in 1979, Easy Street Big Band is an 18 piece swing band with the main focus on keeping big band music alive performing numbers made famous by the most high profile big bands from the heyday of swing music. Easy Street play a good mix of big band standards, from Miller, Basie, Ellington etc combined with rat pack style vocals, plus a smattering of more modern favourites. This will be Easystreet Big Bands debut with the Big Band Swing Concerts and after the lockdowns the band is raring to go.
