St Paul’s Catholic Primary School’s award winning forest school received a boost this summer, thanks to a generous donation from Poynton Round Table.  A cheque for £400 was given to the school to provide funds for a permanent roof over their fire circle, to enable the children a year-round, all-weather, forest school education. Headteacher Mrs Armstrong-Boyle said: “I would like to thank Poynton Round Table for their generous donation, which will benefit all of the children in our school, helping them to continue to develop their creativity, independence and social skills.  The Forest School is a highly valued aspect of school life at St. Paul’s and the children are very excited to return to our forest again, this year.”
