A number of organisations are working in partnership to provide a place for people who are lonely to meet with others in a welcoming, safe environment to enjoy a cuppa and a chat. Activities will be tailored to individuals interests and health and wellbeing advice will also be available.
Home from Home is every other Thursday at 1.30pm – 3.30pm, Poynton Civic Hall. The next session is 26th Sept.
