Poynton’s Annual Horticultural and Agricultural Show has a great mix of tradition and entertainment for all ages. Each year we welcome large crowds from Poynton and surrounding areas. This a great one day Show that has the opportunity for everyone to take part by; entering Baking, Arts and Crafts competitions, growing vegetables, flowers, on the day Pet Show and lots more. We also offer a great opportunity for local businesses to promote themselves to the large number of visitors. Full details are on the web site.
If you are looking for a full day out you won’t be disappointed. The early birds have the opportunity to see the livestock and horses being prepared and judged. You will have plenty of time to explore the different marquees and livestock, sit back and enjoy horse jumping and the entertainment rings, relax listening the brass bands and music. Lots of great stalls to buy breakfast and lunch or just a snack and there is all the fun of the fair.
