Cheshire East Council submitted the SADPD for examination on 29th April 2021.
The Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government has appointed Planning Inspector Mike Hayden BSc DipTP MRTPI, to carry out an independent examination, to assess whether the plan has been prepared in accordance with legal and procedural requirements and if it is sound.
The Town Council will be attending the hearings to make representations on matters affecting Poynton.
