The Town Council is a consultee on planning applications in the Town and the Planning & Environment Committee examine and comment on planning applications on behalf of the Town
Council. We also highlight applications which may be of interest to residents. The Planning Committee recently discussed a planning application made by Jones Homes at Wainwright Caravans, Lower Park Road, Poynton to demolish 3 workshop building and replace with a single workshop building.
