It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Iris Baker on Saturday, 25th April, 2020. Iris was a much loved Mum, Nan and NooNoo (Great Grandma).
The family would like to thank friends and neighbours for their support at this very difficult time.
They would also like to thank Hope Green Care Home for looking after Mum for the past 18 months or so, the amazing NHS Staff at Macclesfield Hospital for their wonderful care and thoughtfulness at the end and to Brian Sharples and Staff for guiding us through arrangements for a private family funeral, due to the social distancing restrictions.
