This moderate intensity exercise to music class is for all fitness levels with a unique teaching style. It’s not daunting, it is doable and fun with many life changing benefits. Classes are every Wednesday and start on 8th January.7 – 8pm, £5 pay-as-you go on the door for your first class, then £20 per month going forward.
