Year six pupils from Lower Park School have recently taken part in an exhausting, but challenging experience. The residential trip was designed to provide opportunities for them to co-operate, co-ordinate and compromise- all vital skills that will continue to bond the group together

The group took part in a range of activities including low ropes, nightline, problem solving and fencing. They also designed and created their own interactive game using specialist software which they intend to continue using back in school.

Group leader and teacher Jackie Gallagher said, “The group was an absolute pleasure to spend time with. The children were incredibly well behaved, and responded so well to every challenge with a mature, cheerful and really positive attitude.”
