The Year 5/6 children in Brunel Class were visited at the start of the New Year by Cheshire Countryside Ranger, Ed Pilkington, who spoke to them about the wooden carving he will designing and making for a doorframe, at the visitor centre at Nelson Pitt.  He set the class the challenge to research their chosen animal – the hare- and informed them that their work will be displayed at Tegg’s Nose Country Park.  He also led a talk about the wildlife seen in the local area.
