On Wednesday 9th December, Year 4 was a little different! The children had an exciting day experiencing life as Ancient Egyptians! They had fun cracking hieroglyph codes, designing their own sarcophagus and Tutankhamun masks. They also were amazing at creating their Ancient Egyptian artefacts from clay followed by Egyptian food tasting and a mummy competition! A huge thank you goes to the children and their parents for incredible costumes which really enhanced the experience! Well done Year 4 – a wonderful day to conclude our topic of ‘Tomb Raiders’.
