The Town Council is taking advantage of new regulations permitting councils to meet virtually during the coronavirus restrictions. The list of meetings can be found here.
The schedule is for the period up to 1st September 2020. It is subject to change depending on Government guidance issued. The public can continue to ask questions of the Town Council under the public participation item at the start of each meeting. Participation will be by video or audio conferencing and you will need a PC, tablet, smartphone or telephone line to join the meeting.
Details on how to join the meeting can be obtained from the Clerk by emailing email@example.com. The Town Council’s Planning & Environment Committee are still reviewing and commenting on all planning applications. Members of the public should contact the Clerk if they wish to make representations to the Town Council on any planning applications.
