After nearly 30 years as Headteacher at Worth Primary School, Mr Peter Taylor has announced his retirement at Christmas 2017.

The school has successfully flourished under the Headship of Mr Taylor, with two “Outstanding” Ofsted visits in recent years. The school has developed an excellent reputation in the local community and Mr Taylor has been significantly involved in education at a local, national and international level over his career. He has advised and mentored a number of teachers over the years, and has developed and prepared the current leadership team over the last four years, to take over the running of the school on his retirement,

The pupils, parents, staff and governors would like express their appreciation and thanks to Mr Taylor for all his hard work and commitment throughout his time at Worth, and wish him a long and happy retirement.
