Lostock Hall Primary School recently showed some international visitors around the school.  Mr Webber is a representative of UNICEF and the World Bank, who is supporting countries setting up education initiatives and is currently working on an EU project in Tajikstan.

He was accompanied by teachers, Mr and Mrs Navareno from Columbia. Mr Navareno has previously worked for UNESCO in Spain and is developing short courses for online teacher training. They were joined by Mr Taylor, retired Headteacher at Worth. The visitors were impressed by what they saw at Lostock and it gave them the opportunity to pick up ideas and share practice, whilst keeping our school connected with the wider educational community.
