Cheshire East Highways are currently waiting for United Utilities to complete their works on the new main that has been installed. A jammed valve has caused delays in getting the new main to work. Once this is complete, work will be undertaken on the construction of the retaining wall.
A further issue has been identified with the sewerage system in this location. Investigation work is in progress to identify a way forward to resolve this issue.
