If introduced, this CAZ could impact on residents and businesses in Poynton, with operators of designated classes of vehicles subject to a daily charge for entering the CAZ area. The charges are expected to impact on bus services, taxis and businesses that rely on vans and lorries for travel into and within Greater Manchester.
The Town Council will be making its own response to this consultation before the deadline of 3rd December and would strongly recommend that residents also respond to this important consultation.
