If you, a member of your family or somebody you have caring responsibilities for accesses day opportunities (a day service) or may do so in the future Cheshire East Council would like to hear from you. To help plan and develop services for the future, they want to understand how current day opportunities are viewed, how well the service meets current and future expectations and want to hear what ideas you might have for new approaches.
