The Fest’s organising committee of local volunteers would like to thank the many hundreds of residents and visitors who flocked to Poynton’s annual Christmas Fest on the evening of Tuesday 5th December. This was the 11th year of the Fest, and it seems to have been enjoyed by one and all – in unseasonably mild weather! The committee would also like to thank their principal sponsor, the Town Council, the many local businesses and stallholders who made generous contributions towards the cost of the Fest, Town Council staff, volunteer stewards, the Poynton fire station team, the police, First Responders and Poynton Round Table.
Finally, the organising committee would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a happy, healthy New Year, as planning gets underway for next year’s Fest!
