The children, staff and parents of St Paul’s Catholic Primary School raised money this month, with their annual ‘Elf Walk’ in support of East Cheshire Hospice.  The hospice, based in Macclesfield, aims to support families and individuals who are affected by life limiting illnesses.  The school, which is passionate about raising money for charity, raised over £1000 last year and hopes to repeat that performance this season.  Starting off at the school and leading around the village, the children, with other members of the school community, spread Christmas cheer with their elf hats and carol singing.   Mrs Armstrong-Boyle, Headteacher, expressed: “I would like to thank the local P.C.S.Os for their support again this year, as well as everyone in our wider school community who came to help on the day.”
